She studied catering school, when she was only 17 years old she attended a stage in Siracusa and she remained haunted by city, the story and the kitchen of the Island.

After she finished the high school in Milano, she decided to come back to Sicily and exactly in Siracuse starting your work (which earned her the appointment in Italian and international guides and the place in the famous Sicilian guide “The layovers of Ulysses”.
